Soprano Nida Grigalaviciute recently performed the role of soprano understudy for Barbara Frittoli in the Chicago Symphony Orchestra's Verdi's Requiem Mass, conducted by renowned Italian maestro, Riccardo Muti, and performed in the Chicago Symphony Center January 15-17, 2009.
